Britney Spears has
lots of fans wondering why she opted for the Minor League's Birmingham
Barons baseball cap in the controversial video for 'Everytime'. Is it
because the legendary Michael Jordan played for the Baron's while taking
a break from the NBA? Is it because of the B on the crown? Is she a
secret Barons fan? Or is it because it just looks great? Whatever it is,
Britney is keeping it close to her chest - she won't even tell the
Barons. See pic of Britney in Everytime

About. The Birmingham Barons play in the Minor League's AA
Southern League. They play out of Birmingham, Alabama and are an affiliate
of the Chicago White Sox.
Britney is not the only superstar to be connected with the Barons. The 1994
season was historic for the club as the NBA's Michael Jordan switched
sports and joined the Barons. Jordan's popularity helped shatter the club
season attendance record. The club was covered by journalists from around
the world while millions of fans tuned in to watch them play on
national TV. Michael Jordan retired from baseball in 1995 to return
to the NBA's Chicago Bulls. |
